Elizabeth Mazzocchi says “NYPD Blue” star Esai Morales raped her, but the judge didn’t buy her accusations. 

Mazzocchi claims that Morales attacked her in the house they shared in the Silver Lake area of Los Angeles. The judge says Elizabeth’s story fell apart when she decided to continue living with Esai for 15 months following the alleged assault.
